Charitable Status

We have been granted charitable status by the Canadian Revenue Agency. This allows us to issue official donation receipts for gifts received from individuals and corporations.

Education Partner

The Hamilton Centre has begun approaching the Hamilton Wentworth Board of Education regarding being accepted as an education partner. This status will allow us to approach teachers to bring our message to the Hamilton education system. These are challenging times for young people. The prevalence of bullying, cell phone addiction and social media over-use all influence the mental health of vulnerable young students and self-esteem is easily eroded.

Partnerships

We are developing a relationship with a mindfulness yoga group who are designated as an education partner with the Hamilton Wentworth School Board. They are interested in the approach of the Hamilton Centre and there is certainly a relationship between the two areas that is important to school age children and young adults.

Art and the Unconscious

It is in the early stages, but we have started approaching art teachers in the Hamilton Wentworth Board to gauge interest in our group coming to class to speak on the subject of making art and the connection to the unconscious.
